  • No. Only our soups that are labeled organic are certified organic.

  • No. While our soups are gluten-free, we no longer participate in the GFCO gluten-free certification program because we perform both internal and third-party testing to ensure no gluten is present in our products (with oversight from the FDA). We test our soups for gluten contamination to less than 10 ppm. We are proud to have higher standards than most certifying organizations!

  • We recommend eating the soup within 3 days of opening the protective film seal.

  • Yes, our soups freeze beautifully! Our soups are best fresh but if you'd like to freeze them, be sure to freeze before the "Best By" date on the bottom of the container. When you are ready to enjoy the soup, place it in the refrigerator overnight to thaw and then use it within 3 days of thawing.

  • Our soup varieties contain varying levels of sodium, so please refer to the specific nutritional label for a specific soup. The official Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommend limiting sodium intake to less than 2,300mg a day. Other companies use salt as a preservative, which is why most canned soup has very high sodium levels. We use salt in moderation as a spice.

  • No. We avoid using preservatives, artificial ingredients, or fillers.

  • Fresh soup simply tastes better than canned soup which is packed with sodium and preservatives. While canned soups can sit on shelves for years, our fresh soup is crafted to be enjoyed within weeks of purchase. We think you'll taste the difference, but don't just take our word for it. Try it for yourself!

  • Yes! Our soup is made fresh and refrigerated to preserve its exceptional flavor and quality. Like any fresh refrigerated product, it is perishable.

  • Please follow the instructions on the label. Each soup requires a different cook time and it can vary based on the type of microwave or cooktop used.
